CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER

All items are custom made to order specifically for you. Please review all selections carefully before completing your purchase, including garment style, size, color, design, and any personalization.

Current Turnaround Time: Approximately 14 business days from the date your order and all required information are received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include shipping or carrier transit time. During holidays, large launches, fundraisers, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may vary.

DESIGN & GARMENT COLOR

Please carefully consider the color of the design when selecting your garment color.

Designs will be produced AS SHOWN in the listing regardless of the garment color selected unless otherwise specifically stated. Selecting a different garment color does not automatically change the colors within the design.

Toni Lynn Handmade Designs is not responsible for design visibility or contrast resulting from the garment color selected by the customer.

Colors may appear differently in person due to screen settings, monitor/device calibration, lighting, garment material, and manufacturing variations. Mockups and listing photos are intended to provide a representation of the finished product and may not be an exact representation of color, placement, or scale.

GARMENT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

Garment availability is subject to manufacturer and supplier inventory.

If another selected garment style, brand, or color becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available alternatives. Comparable garment brands may be substituted when necessary due to supplier availability while making every reasonable effort to maintain similar quality, fit, and color.

SIZING

Please review the applicable size chart before ordering. Sizing and fit may vary between brands and garment styles.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, fit preference, or a change of mind. Measurements and size charts are provided as a guide, and minor manufacturing variations may occur.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted names, numbers, dates, spelling, personalization, sizes, colors, and other order details are correct.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Toni Lynn Handmade Designs is not responsible for errors in information submitted or approved by the customer.

If a mockup or proof is provided, it is intended for approval of the overall design and personalization. Minor differences in size, placement, and color may occur during production.

DESIGN PLACEMENT

Because our products are individually made, slight variations in design size and placement are normal. Placement may also vary based on garment size, style, seams, pockets, zippers, and other garment construction.

These minor variations are part of the custom production process and are not considered defects.

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To help extend the life of your garment and design:

• Wash garment inside out
• Machine wash in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly over the design
• For best results, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry

Improper washing, drying, ironing, or garment care may damage the decoration and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Fit or style preference
• Design/garment color combinations selected by the customer
• Minor differences in color, design placement, or sizing
• Incorrect personalization or information provided by the customer

A replacement, exchange, or refund will only be considered if Toni Lynn Handmade Designs sent an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective due to a seller/production error.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within three (3) calendar days of the recorded delivery date. Please include your order information and clear photos showing the issue.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please contact us promptly if you experience any issue with your order. We want the opportunity to review and resolve legitimate order concerns.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Toni Lynn Handmade Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays or delivery issues may be outside of our control.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Toni Lynn Handmade Designs because of an incorrect or incomplete address, undeliverable address, refusal, failure to claim the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact the customer.

The customer is responsible for all additional postage costs required to reship the order.

Returned packages will not automatically be refunded because all products are custom made to order.

ORDERING ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order selections, product description, sizing information, turnaround time, care instructions, and the policies above.

Completing your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms and the custom, made-to-order nature of your purchase.
