Returns & Exchanges

• Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The incorrect item was sent by Toni Lynn Handmade Designs.

• The item arrives damaged.

• The item is defective.

Issues With Your Order

• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Issues must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Please include your order information and photos of the item/problem when contacting us.
